Overview
AI Console is IPG's multimodal AI Platform, providing an AI chat assistant to all of IPG's global employees. It provides a safe, secure environment where employees can work with sensitive data for clients across regulated industries, including Finance and Healthcare, and maintain strict data privacy compliance for the multi-matrixed agency structure of a holding company with many agencies and clients.
AI Console was designed, built, and launched in 3 months. We expanded to 14 IPG agencies in 6 months, and all IPG employees in 12 months.
Marketplace
The Agent Marketplace serves as a centralized hub for AI agent discovery, deployment, and organization. It provides a robust platform with granular organization features, allowing users to create private folders or share them with specific individuals or user groups, ensuring tailored access. Robust permission-based sharing ensures secure access to agents relevant to user roles and projects. Administrators maintain full control with tools for creating, managing, and distributing agents across the platform, guaranteeing secure and efficient AI utilization throughout Interact.
Image Generation
In Phase 2, we empowered the creative community with a powerful, customizable image generation experience and community exploration features.
Model Selection: Users can select from a variety of image models, including Imagen and MidJourney.
Style Creator: Users can create their own styles and save them as agents. This is particularly useful for clients, campaigns, and marketing materials.
Community Agents: Users can view image agents and styles from their team, agency, and broader groups like IPG. Agents are permissions-based, ensuring data and privacy compliance.
Upload Reference Material: Users can upload reference material and
• abstract prompt text from the uploaded images.

Developer Tools
Phase 3 focused on Developer Tools, built in collaboration with Google, offering no-code through pro-code options. This democratized AI for all IPG employees, allowing them to tailor AI solutions to their roles, clients, and businesses.
No-code solutions like Google's Vertex AI Vision and Language APIs, allow users to quickly integrate pre-trained models via drag-and-drop interfaces. For those needing more customization, low-code options such as Vertex AI Pipelines and AutoML enabled model tuning and workflow automation. Pro-code developers are able to leverage TensorFlow and PyTorch within Vertex AI Workbench for maximum control, building custom models and deploying them at scale.
